LOCATION:
My home studio is EH14 based. Due to this being at my home and protecting my privacy and safety – I will email you directly with my full address, 24 hours before your appointment time. Thank you for understanding.
CANCELLATION:
I require at least 48 hours notification if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
Less than 24 hours notice / no shows will be required to pay a 50% payment charge.
Failure to pay the cancelation charge means no future appointments will go ahead and you will not be able to book in with me in the future until the payment has been made.
LATENESS:
Please contact me asap if you are going to be late.
I have a 10 minute grace period and after this time it is at my discretion whether I have time to still carry out your appointment.
The cancelation policy applies if I cannot carry out your treatment and 50% payment will be required to allow future appointments to go ahead.
PATCH TESTS:
Patch tests are required at least 48 hours prior to your first appointment. Failure to patch test before your appointment means I will not be able to carry out your treatment and the 50% payment charge will be required to book a future appointment.
